Shipping
All orders ship for a flat rate of 7.00 per order via USPS within the US. International shipping is available but you must contact us for a quote. 
 
Warranty
All of our products carry a full lifetime warranty.  If any product breaks under normal use simply e-mail us at: alabamaholster@gmail.com or call us at (251)379-0103. Let us know what the problem is then simply return the product to us and we will replace or repair it at no charge to you. Shipping charges are non-refundable. You must contact us prior to returning any item.  Lifetime warranty is non-transferable. 

Returns
If you wish to return a product simply e-mail us at: alabamaholster@gmail.com or call us at (251)379-0103. Let us know you wish to return an item your purchased then simply return the product to us and we will issue you a credit for the full purchase price. You must contact us prior to returning any item to receive a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Custom Orders
Our products are made one at a time by hand for you. Many of our "stock" products may be altered such as having the sweat shield removed. Many of our products can made in either thin or standard thickness Kydex. If you do not see a product on our website that suits your needs, you can always send us a request for a custom order. We know all too well that not every product "off the shelf" will always work. After all that is why we started doing this in the first place. Just send us an e-mail at: alabamaholster@gmail.com to get started. If you wish to alter a "stock" product please send us an e-mail before you place your order and let us know what you would like done.

We use the PayPal secure website for placing orders online. It is the most secure way to make an online purchase. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. You can purchase with a credit card or with a PayPal account if you have one. If you prefer to pay be check or money order, simply give us a call at (251) 379-0103 to complete your transaction.
