Upon placing an order with us a confirmation email is sent within 24 hours. If you do not receive this email please email us at alabamaholster@gmail.com or call us at 251-379-0103 to confirm your order. Some e-mail systems will not allow unsolicited e-mails. Also please check your spam folder as some systems send unsolicited e-mails to your spam folder.
We strive to complete all orders within the turnaround time posted on this site. However, we may fall behind from time to time due to heavy order volume, holidays, supply issues, or other issues beyond our control. If you have not received your order within the turnaround time please contact us via e-mail or call us as there may have been a problem with your order and we may not have been able to contact you via e-mail.
